Improvements Since Inspection
Post the CQC inspection in August 2017, we have de-registered from nursing and embarked on a wide range of improvements to the home. As a result, we have modernised and improved many areas of Hooklands, including introduction of an electronic documentation system for all care plans to be implemented in 2018, ensuring that our paperwork matches the needs of our Residents, care plans, risk assessments, the staffing structure and auditing process.
Internal refurbishments include, replacing all tube lights, painting, new flooring and replacing all signage in all of the common areas.
As always, we remain completely committed to ensuring that the care, welfare and safety of our Residents remains our top priority.
