Residential Care

Home to home experience – We provide around the clock care, and our warm and friendly Care Team will do their utmost to ensure that your stay with us is like a home from home experience.

Personalised Care – Our Care Assistants are fully trained and will care for you as an individual resident, with a focus on looking after your own personal needs and preferences. We can help you with day-to-day activities such as getting up in the morning, bathing, washing, dressing, going to bed, moving around the Home, feeding and much more.

Our caring staff will also ensure that your room is kept neat and tidy, take care of all your laundry and serve you your meals. We will strive to share and engage in your preferred interests as well as offer you the opportunity to try many new activities. We are here to look after you and to ensure you are safe, healthy and happy.

Highly trained and compassionate Carers – most recently key members of our staff have undertaken Oral Hygiene training, well ahead of the Care Quality Commission’s recent announcement around improving oral health care provision within homes.

Dementia – We do have some Residents who are living with Dementia, and we can provide experienced and specialised care in this area; with understanding, reassurance and support to our Residents, their families and friends.
